Regional specialties
Our regional specialties are closely associated with distinctly Catalan traditions and the Catalan way of life.
The queen of our specialties is the Rousquille with its smooth and immaculate coating of meringue; it first melts in the mouth. The Croquants with their sunny flavor and the rich Touron with their harmonious combination of nuts and honey.
The passion for chocolate
At Christmas and Easter, we create delicious mounded chocolate figures. They are delicately hand painted (with a pastry brush on bag) and decorated with ribbons by our experienced decorators.
Renewed every season, they are the proff that our manufacturing and decorating techniques are being constantly enhanced by our spirit of innovation and creativity. Indeed, this is our trademark!
