Manufacturing chocolate is an art. We work with specific recipes and we use pure cocoa butter for a perfect balance of flavor. Milk, black or white chocolate!
Our collection “gourmands crus d’origines” is composed of Venezuela milk chocolate (43 % cocoa) and Santo Domingo black chocolate (70% cocoa). We also work with organic milk and black chocolate for our Easter ad Chirstmas, or chocolate bars.
Our organic products are labeled “Agriculture Biologique”. Our Chocolate collections is composed of mounded chocolate figures which are hand-decorated and wrapped by experienced employees.
